📦 Returns
We accept returns within 7–14 days of delivery (you can choose your preferred window).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Some items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
🚚 Return Process
To start a return, please contact our support team with your order details.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

- It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

If you still have not received your refund after these steps, please contact us.
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us for assistance.
